Deliveries and Refund Policy

Delivery

You will need to choose your preferred delivery date when you place your order. Please note that we use a third party for deliveries. Although we stipulate the requested delivery date we cannot guarantee that the products will be delivered exactly as specified.

We have a general lead time of 7 days for delivery. Should you require an earlier date, please contact us to confirm if this is possible.

FREE delivery nationwide for orders over R500. A R100.00 flat rate is charged for nationwide delivery for orders under R500.

We offer a local pickup from shop (Harck & Heart Retail Shop, Unit E5, Firgrove Business Park, Main Rd M9, Firgrove, 7130) Mon – Fri (7:30am – 4:30pm)

Refunds

Online Refunds
Should you receive product that was damaged during transportation, you need to inform us on the day of delivery. Once we have received the return and inspected it, you will be notified and your refund will be processed. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.

SALE items: We allow exchanges but NO refunds.

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To log a return, you can contact us at info@harckandheart.co.za. If your return is authorised, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions. All returns will require an additional fee of R160.00.

In-Store Refunds
No refunds. No exchanges.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, a collection and re-delivery will be arranged at an additional charge of R160. We advise you to contact us via email to arrange the exchange. (info@harckandheart.co.za)

Cancellation

Despite careful monitoring, and in exceptional cases, we might not have the product you ordered in stock. In that case, the purchase amount of the product, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.

Peak Periods

During very busy periods, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all.
